Honestly I get crazy Gpose brainworms, and this is how I cope. Usually built in my main's apartment but I design our FC stages for contests in there as well, so the studios usually have a lifetime of about 2 weeks.

What to Expect
If you hit me up to do neat things to your house, here's a run down of how it's gonna go down:
Consult time | I'm going to ask you what style or vibe you're looking for. I prefer to build with modern or cottage-core aesthetics, but I'll listen to any request. If I feel comfortable I can meet your expectations, then we go from there. Inspo pictures are very welcome~
I'll ask you what you plan to use the space for; if you plan to RP rather than gpose a ton (or vice versa), that will effect what will go into the build. I try to be conscious of soft lighting and creating multiple spaces/areas for potential poses to accomodate my gposers!
We'll discuss any potential limitations if you have a particular design in mind. A floor must be closed off for medium and large houses, and floor space may be reduced. Depending on how detailed your build is, the item slots significantly affect what's possible. Most builds also use glitching through floors, and FF game physics require some items to be floated away from the default walls of the house.
Fees | 100% of the commission fee is due once we agree upon the details of the build before I start drafting a design. The furnishing fee is due once I come up with a shopping list + cost of materials.
Build Time | 2-4 weeks, possibly longer just before & during new patch drops (I raid and craft for my FC & friends!). I'm more than happy to give updates on progress, so please feel free to communicate with me when you feel curious on how your home is progressing! There's a good chance I'll already be sending you updates though, since I get excited.
I am happy to discuss alternatives/changes if we disagree with the direction the build is going. Once the build is close to being finished, I cannot do major reworks.
Refunds | If you need me to halt the build for whatever reason and leave the estate, the base commission fee is nonrefundable once I start drafting a design. I will refund any unused furnishing gil.
Any built rooms/structures will be unplaced. All items acquired for the build will be placed in your housing storage.

Commission fee is required after initial consultation to start drafting a design.
Furnishing fee is required before starting the actual build.
